All box signs are fabricated from our custom aluminum extrusion that are rust free and include a hingeable frame allowing for easy service and maintenance. Most signs are fabricated from solar grade polycarbonate which has thirty times the impact resistance of acrylic and this protects against damage from windstorm blowouts and vandalism. Because we only stock it in roll form we can accommodate sign faces up to 30' ft. without seams. In larger applications we use flexible face material that allows material continuity with no weight expansion or contraction to the fabric under temperature changes.

To ensure that your sign continues to look good for many years, our signs are epoxy primed, with modern acrylic urethane enamel (automotive) finish. Signcorp uses Grip-Guard, by Akzo Coatings, that offers compatible systems of very durable high solid yet flexible paints specially formulated for signage applications on metals. These paints do not chip off the surface because of heat/freeze cycles. These paints are UV stabilized to virtually eliminate fading due to exposure to sunlight.

The neon tubing in our various types of displays is top quality. Colors permitting, we only specify the premiere, newly developed, "Rare Earth" tubing series that utilizes rare earth phosphors. The rare earth chemicals incorporated in phosphor coatings emit extremely narrow bandwidths of light that significantly boosts the brilliance and visibility of the tubing (the narrower the bandwidth, the brighter, more vivid the light emission � the wider the bandwidth, the dimmer and more washed out it is). The result is up to 300 percent higher visibility of all rigid and vinyl plastic channel letters looking brighter and more colorful than letters containing regular neon.
